There’s a lot of exciting things happening this week:
Here are the plans this week:
WEDNESDAY

Cancelled for this week.
No hot spot this week. Check back next week.
FRIDAY
COMBINED BIBLE STUDY

There’ll be no freshman LIFE Groups this week.
Dinners will be by small groups. Contact your staff for more information.
We’re joining Koinonia and A2F for bible study this week at First Pres! Not only that but we’ll have a chance to meet our brothers and sisters who attend Gracepoint Austin!
Afterwards, the sophomores will have a chance to hang out with their peers from Austin! As for the rest of us, we’re going to start practicing for Thanksgiving Celebration! Woot!
SATURDAY

THANKSGIVING RETREAT
Chabot Performing Arts Center in Hayward
10am – 7pm
Cost: $20
As one of our biggest retreats of the year, Thanksgiving Retreat gives us the time to share and hear testimonies of how God has been working in individual brothers and sisters’ lives as well as how God has been working in our church as a whole. We really want to encourage all of you to sign up, ESPECIALLY if you have never been to one.
Hurry! Signups will be closing soon!

thanksgiving retreat is one of my favorite times of the year! we will get to see how God has worked in people’s lives and in our various ministries in the past year. and..one of my other favorite occasions of our church is the thanksgiving celebration! now that’s some fun stuff! don’t miss out!
whooo hanging out with austin sophomores sounds great!
but so does tc practice :/
but its okay, we sophomores will come save the day soon enough
This time is one of my favorites too Jacqueline! Not only are we thankful for the cornucopia of food, but also the plethora of things to be thankful for. To recount is to remember, and to remember is to be thankful. Praise God
I can’t wait for the Thanksgiving retreat and to meet all the students that are coming from Austin! What a priviledge to be able to host them as just a little over a year ago we didn’t even have a church there and we didn’t know any of them!
