Reporting for Dish-Gracepoint!
Jun 21, 2009
A few weeks ago, Tom Kim of Dish-gracepoint was experimenting with his news recipe, buttermilk chicken, at North Loop (the home office of Gracepoint Fellowship Church, Berkeley). Many of us, including Pastor Ed and Kelly Kang, and Daniel Kim of Dis-gracepoint (don’t get the two confused) were there as our food-critic selves
Here’s a video of Tom in action:
Dish-Gracepoint’s Tom Kim testing out his new recipe!
Here’s another video of what people in the Northloop kitchen had to say after tasting the finished product!
Daniel Kim gives the buttermilk chicken an 8 out of 10!
As session C is starting this week and many of you are living in apartments, this recipe is perfect as it’s both easy and extremely delicious. Your roommates will also love you for it! And if you’re at home with family, I would suggest cooking it for your parents! Wanna try this recipe?

It’s so amusing how Daniel Kim eats so delicately for his first bite and then after giving an 8/10 – goes on to ravenously devour the rest of the chicken. Tom is always pushing the boundaries on taste and I look forward to eat more and more of his recipes – even if they might look worse when we make it
The freeze frame for the video with Pastor Ed is hilarious! Now I am really craving buttermilk chicken.
Yea, i don’t know how the start up picture got put on this frame! But it sure does fit!
Man, I could use some buttermilk chicken right about now.
